We have had insurance with Silverline Agency even before they were named Silverline. They are always professional, helpful, find the best solution to our needs and wants- their work is thorough and high quality. Rodrigo and Jessica are on top of their game- and everyone at the agency is just as efficient and provides impeccable service. Highly recommend them to all!

I had a great experience with Silverline Insurance. My Insurance Advisor (Jessica Mora @ 936 Madison St.) was the best. She made me feel very comfortable and attended to my needs. I was in a time crunch. She showed a sense of urgency, helped me get through the process and got the mission accomplised. I will definetly recommend this company.

I worked with Jessica and she was amazing—super responsive to emails and phone calls, great at explaining the details of insurance plans, and just a very kind person. Within a business day, she had gotten quotes from three different places, all specific to my particular needs, explained the differences to me, and made a recommendation. When it came time to lock a plan down, Jessica was on it and I had my proof of insurance well in advance of the closing. Thank you, Jessica, for making this part of the process easy!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jessica from Silverline. She not only shopped around and found me the exact policy that worked for my home purchase (which turned out to surprisingly tricky), but also walked me through and broke down the policy in terms that were easy to understand. She basically gave me an education! When you call an insurance carrier directly, they usually don’t advise you like this. I would highly recommend calling these guys if you’re looking for home or auto insurance!

Jessica was extremely helpful in explaining what each part of the policy meant in terms of coverage and cost. She gave good recommendations looking out for my benefit to find a superior policy than what I had at a lower cost. I appreciate her time and plan to use her for other policies as they expire as well because of her attention to detail, her attention to me, and her willingness to spend the time teaching me about my coverage and what I should want and need.

Jessica exceeded my expectations as an agent! She was extremely thorough and prompt throughout the entire experience. She took the time out to not only sell me the policy but also educate me about the process and all the moving parts. I knew she was special after talking to about 4 other agents from other companies who didn’t provide me nearly half the experience she did. As a first time home buyer, this is a life changing experience and Jessica’s attention to detail, sense of urgency, patience and strong communications skills meant the world to me! I would highly recommend her for all your insurance needs!

Jessica and her team have been great to work with! She was great at finding the perfect insurance policy for our commercial vehicles and was quick to make changes to the coverage as our needs changed.. Very happy to have met her! And highly recommend her company! 😊 👍👌 Update, Jessica also now has found good insurance for my building.. Great service and super helpful.
